Iulia has built a career defined by successful leadership and a deep understanding of human connection. Her extensive professional background includes senior roles at an international bank and managing operations in the US hospitality sector. Most notably, her highly relevant, local expertise was honed during a successful multi-year tenure as the Registered Manager for a prominent dental clinic in Canary Wharf.
This experience proved transformative, as her high level of operational competence, regulatory compliance, and ability to cultivate high-performing teams earned the profound trust of her then-employer—who is now her business partner in this new venture. This transition from manager to co-owner is the strongest possible validation of her executive excellence and shared vision for compassionate, compliant healthcare.
Her commitment to people is also rooted in academic dedication. With a foundation built on a teaching diploma and advanced degrees in Finance and Management, Iulia also holds training in Psychology, which provides her with a crucial edge: the ability to truly understand and anticipate patient needs.

Adrian began his professional journey in Romania, where he initially graduated in Law. After relocating to the UK, he and his wife, Ramona — a qualified dentist — founded their first dental clinic in Canary Wharf, London, in 2014. Built with determination and a strong focus on patient experience, the clinic quickly grew into a trusted and well-regarded name, recognised for its professionalism and welcoming approach.

Driven by a long-standing interest in dentistry and healthcare, Adrian later completed his Dentistry degree in Romania. He is currently in the process of obtaining GDC registration in the UK.

Today, Adrian is the Managing Director and founder of the SameDay Dentist clinics in Watford and Birmingham, where he leads a multidisciplinary team of over 24 professionals. His background in law, combined with extensive experience in healthcare management, plays a key role in creating clinics that prioritise quality, efficiency and patient-centred care.

Adrian is also the Co-Founder of MedicaPlus, a new private medical clinic in Grays, where he is focused on developing modern, accessible and compassionate healthcare services for the local community.
